Emily Jean Pye

Emily Jean Pye was born on March 8, 1942, in Jonesboro, Louisiana. From an early age, she embraced the roles of nurturer and caregiver, learning to deeply, provide selflessly, and support her family with unwavering devotion.

Emily was a talented seamstress and licenced beautician, and she later became the proud owner of Pye's Daycare Center in California.  Through hard work, determination and faith, she laid a strong foundation for her family and her community. 

She dedicated her life to what mattered the most to her ... family. A woman of deep faith, quiet strength, and sharp wit, Emily uplifted those around her. She led by example, teaching that no matter the challenges we face, we are all destined for success and worthy of Gods mercy.

On May 18th ,2025 Emilys soul returned home. She is lovingly survived by her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many cherished loved ones.  Her legacy of love, faith, and perseverance lives on in all who were blessed to know her.
