Josephine Roberts

Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grand-mother Josephine (Brino) Roberts AKA MA Born 3/19/1935 in Castel Campagnano, Italy. She grew up in Dugenta, Italy until she came to the U.S.in 1955. Passed away on 5/13/2024. She lived 89 years.

Josphine Was the heart of our home and family. She was happily married for 65 years to her husband, who they refer to each other as their

"Better halves", Joseph Roberts (85).

She raised 6 children in a happy and loving home.

Mary (66) knows ma was her best friend and a wonderful mother.

Joe-Joe, who preceded her death (55), The fish that he caught, she cooked.

Henry (63), Looked forward to their afternoon lunches.

Patrick (62), knows he is her favorite "currently under review."

Prina (61) will one day look forward to going to gather dandelion leaves.

Jason (46) was Mas last chance to stay young.

Mom was also loved by her three daughters-in-law Trena, Adrienne, and Holly. So much so, that they called her Ma. She was always happy to teach them things that she knew so well such as cooking the family recipe for spaghetti sauce, eggplant and many more. She enjoyed sharing her sewing techniques. She had a great love for family and that included her daughters-in-laws. Who will miss her very very much.

Loved by all nine of her grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren. She was loved for her kind heart and quiet voice. Mom was admired for her cooking, crafts and sewing abilities.

Besides her children, grand and great grandchildren Josephine is survived by her brother Albert, and sisters Elvira, Perina, Teresa, and Rosa

Josephine claimed to have learned everything from her Parents, Pasquale, and Maria.

Not to divulge family secrets but if you had a salad that mom made, there is a good chance she had Dad pull over to the side of the road so she could pick it... She loved dandelions and peacocks. Both have and always will remind us of her.

Ma was known for her soft heart and quiet life. She never wanted to be the center of attention, so her life will be calibrated via Zoom Services
