Treva Jo Hunt-Spencer passed away on August 5, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 66. She was born in California on October 9, 1958, and lived a life that was as complex, challenging, and beautiful as she was. 

Treva ws a force of nature- tough, stubborn, loving, selfless, and sometimes selfish in ways only she could be. Her personality didn't fit into a neat box. She was deeply caring and quick to forgive, often at her own expense. She didn't always make the easy choices, but she made the ones that felt right for her in her own ways. That was Treva: unapologetically herself, even in the face of everything. 

She also had a sharp, sometimes unexpected sense of humor. Alongside her parents and siblings, she was known for participating in outrageous, dark but comedic birthday parties- finding laughter where most wouldn't think to look. At home, she loved scaring her children when they came out of the bathroom or around a corner, because nothing said "motherly love" quite like scaring the life out of your kids!

Her greatest passion was always her family. Treva is survived by her three daughters- Jaime Hunt, Sheena Holiday, and Danielle Hunt- and by her six grandchildren, all of whom she loved fiercely. Treva also leaves behind 3 of her siblings- Glenda, Regina, and Perry. Anxiously awaiting her arrival in Heaven are her parents - Gene and Josephine Sparks, her brother- Kevin Sparks, and her first-born daughter - Melina - a loss that remained close to her heart. 

She was, in every sense, one of a kind- complex and simple, hard and soft, flawed and full of love. She will be missed, remembered, and talked about- often with laughter, sometimes with frustration, but always with love.
